Day 1: Hue to Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park
Step into a world of enchantment as we whisk you away from your hotel in Hue at the gentle hour of 8:30 AM. Before embarking on our journey, we offer you the option to indulge in the splendor of Hue's sights, a tantalizing prelude to our adventure. Wander amidst the grandeur of the Tu Duc tomb, bask in the serenity of Tien Mu Pagoda, and marvel at the majestic Hue Citadel, each a testament to the city's storied past (please note that entrance fees for these sights are not included).
Setting forth on our odyssey, we traverse the picturesque countryside, where emerald rice fields and quaint villages unfold before our eyes. The road to Phong Nha National Park unfurls like a ribbon of dreams, offering glimpses of pristine landscapes and azure ocean vistas. Should your heart desire, a brief stop at one of the pristine white sand beaches awaits, inviting you to immerse yourself in the refreshing embrace of the ocean.
Continuing our journey, we arrive at the Vinh Moc tunnels, a poignant reminder of resilience amidst adversity. After a delectable lunch at a local restaurant, delve into the labyrinthine tunnels, a testament to the ingenuity and courage of the local villagers during the Vietnam War. Before embarking on this underground adventure, a visit to the Vinh Moc museum offers insight into the remarkable feat achieved in tumultuous times.
As evening descends, we arrive at Cua Tung beach, our tranquil haven for the night. Here, the gentle lullaby of the ocean beckons, offering you the option to luxuriate in its soothing waters before indulging in a delightful dinner.
Day 2: Cua Tung beach to Phong Nha
Awaken to the promise of a new day as we savor a delicious breakfast amidst the serene beauty of Cua Tung beach. Today, we journey towards the historic DMZ, the dividing line between north and south Vietnam, before venturing onto the legendary Ho Chi Minh Trail.
Our destination lies within the captivating embrace of Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, where nature's wonders await in breathtaking splendor. Explore the ethereal beauty of Thien Duong Cave, known fondly as the Paradise Cave, a mesmerizing labyrinth of stalactites and stalagmites that have stood the test of time. Due to high demand during the busy season, our tours tend to fill up quickly. We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance to secure your spot. If you need to book with less than 2 days' notice, please give us a call at the following number: +84 914 735 457. Don't miss out on your chance to experience Hue's wonders - reserve your tour today!
Note: It has happened that other motorbike riders have picked up our customers, saying they are with the Hue Riders. Something that almost every time ends up with a bad tour/experience for the customer, and a bad review for us. When we come to pick you up, we will be wearing a Hue Riders jacket/vest. If anyone else tries to pick you up, they are not with our company, or associated with us whatsoever. Please be careful, and make sure you are picked up by a person from Hue Riders.
Many people are worried about their luggage. Don't be. Our motorbikes are setup to be able to carry big backpacks and/or suitcases in the back of the frame. See the photo at the top of this page how it looks.
Note: Entrance fees for the optional visits to Duc tomb, Tien Mu Pagoda and Hue Citadel is not included in price, because many people have already visited these sights, and rather spend a longer time at the DMZ, Vinh Moc Tunnels and/or perhaps one of the beaches.
